This is the start of my New Years resolution - my 365 day photo project (one photo every day for 2012, one a week of which will go to my DeviantArt page.
Of course, it's only the 31st of Dec here but I'm sticking to NZ time to make it all less confusing.

No Knead Rolls
2c Body Temperature Water
2tbsp Olive Oil
2tsp Yeast
Sprinkle of Salt
4c Flour
Put first four indredients in a bowl.
Sift in first cup of flour and mix 2-3 times. Repeat with remaining cups of flour.
Leave to rise in hot water cupboard for 15 minutes.
Dough should have doubled in size, but be very sticky.
Dust bench with flour, tip the runny dough onto it. Sprinkle flour on top of the dough so all sides are covered.
Carefully fold in half 2-3 times. Squish into a rectangle and either cut triangles from the dough or get frustrated and roll balls instead. Place the shapes onto a lined baking tray or roasting tray.
Preheat oven to 230c. Leave rolls to rise for 15 minutes - 45 minutes.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes - no longer or crust will be too tough.
Leave to cool on a rack.
