Designing wedding invitations suck - although I guess that having figured it out now, it would be hard to re design. All I wanted was to go online and use a template, but there's a lot of information on page two and nothing I saw would cope with that amount of writing. Instead I spent hours trawling the internet for layouts (waste of time), fonts (not a waste of time), and created my own instead. 

Thank goodness that's done.

Another item (almost) ticked off the list.

Our new additions.

We had our (second?!) engagement gathering/thing on Saturday night. It was great, thanks for coming guys! Anyway, the cat from next door was hanging out and being super friendly, which I thought was a bit odd as those (asshole) neighbors had moved out almost a month ago... we fed the cat and kicked it out, while making plans to get it to the SPCA the next day.

Soooooo... a grey and drizzly Sunday morning dawns and just as we hop in the car to do the groceries, the cat runs across the driveway with a little ginger fur bundle in its mouth!

Out of the car we hop, and quickly discover two kittens and Momma Cat under the work bench in the garage. We leave the door open, head out to do our chores, come back, and discover that she's brought another two over!

It's Thursday now and the kittens are growing so fast, getting stronger and more playful by the day. Now we just need to find them homes...
