Pastry Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Grease a slice tin.
3/4c Sugar
3c Flour
1tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Salt
Sprinkle of Ground Cinnamon
250g Butter (melted)
1 Egg
Berry Ingredients
1/4c Sugar
2 Tsp (heaped) Cornflour
2 1/2c Berries (frozen)
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C. Grease a slice tin.
In a bowl stir together the pastry ingredients. Mixture will be crumbly. Press half of dough into the prepared tin.
In another bowl, stir together the sugar and cornflour, mix in
the berries. Sprinkle the berry mixture evenly over the crust.
Crumble remaining dough over the berry layer.
