Lavender Cupcakes

1c Flour
1c Brown Sugar (Loose not packed)
1/2c Milk
1 Free Range Egg
3tbsp Lavender Syrup (Available from Cosset - link)
1.5-2tsp Baking Powder
40g Melted Butter

Combine all ingrediants - throw batter in muffin tins (baby ones are best), bake at 160c until golden.

Ice when cool with 40g melted butter, vanilla essence, 1c icing sugar, purple food coloring, and a little hot water if need.
