Yoghurt Bread

2 packets of yeast
3/4c plain unsweetened yoghurt
1/2c warm water
2tbsp oil
2tsp sugar
1tsp salt
2c white flour
1c wholemeal flour

Mix all ingredients together and put in hot water cupboard for 15 minutes.

Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and satiny. Put dough in bowl, lightly grease with oil, and put back in hot water cupboard for 30 minutes.

Lightly knead, put into a greased loaf tin, put back into hot water cupboard for 30 minutes, diagonally slash the top, put back into hot water cupboard for 30 minutes. Bake at 200c for 20-25 minutes.



Best bread I have ever made. It's gooooood bread.
