Best Plain Loaf Ever

5 cups of self raising flour
1.5 cups warm water
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 cup plain unsweetened yogurt
1/3 cup oil
Sprinkle of sugar and salt

Combine ingredients well (over mixing is not usually a problem).
Put in hot water cupboard for at least one hour.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Return to hot water cupboard for an hour or so.
Preheat oven to 200c - bake bread for 30 minutes.

No photo sorry - ate it too fast. However I can vouch for how good it is as John reckons it's my "best plain loaf ever", and it's half eaten only a few hours after emerging from the oven.
