Today's Yumminess.



Rice Balls! Kinda like sushi but rolled into balls rather than rolled and sliced.

Mine were made from;
Amborio Rice cooked in vege stock, seasoned with sushi vinegar, and sesame oil. With some Black Sesame Seeds, and roughly chopped spring onions. Squished into balls with a cream cheese and avocado centre. 

Chill in the fridge, then serve with wasabi and soy sauce. Vegetarian friendly and delicious!
